Law firm RUŽIČKA AND PARTNERS s. r. o., was formed in June 2009 by a merger of two independently functioning law firms: Ružička & Partners, s.r.o. (formerly Jaroslav Ružička law firm) and CVD s.r.o. (formerly Csekes, Világi, Drgonec & Partners, spol. s.r.o.), operating on the Slovak legal services market since 1992. Until November 2018, the firm operated under the name Ružička Csekes s. r. o.; due to the decision of JUDr. Erika Csekes, having chosen to retire after more than 25 successful years of practice, its name changed to its current form.
