Nitra, 18. apríl 2023: Pri príležitosti Svetového dňa bezpečnosti a ochrany zdravia pri práci (28. apríl) sme spolu s naším Patrónom, Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia a naším členom Asseco CEIT, a.s. pripravili jedinečné podujatie. Kombinácia workshopu a prehliadky závodu Jaguar Land Rover v Nitre, kde sa vyrábajú ikonické vozidlá Land Rover Defender a Discovery, pritiahla pozornosť a o účastníkov naozaj nebola núdza.
V utorok, 18. apríla 2023, prítomných v mene našej komory privítal člen predstavenstva BritCham, Richard Bright, Senior Plant Quality Manager v Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia, spolu s Guillermom Mancholasom, riaditeľom závodu.
Nasledovala prehliadka moderných výrobných priestorov závodu, ktorá mala skvelý ohlas. Päťdesiatka účastníkov ďalej absolvovala webinár venovaný Analýze hluku a spôsobom, akým znížiť hlučnosť pracovného prostredia a zmierniť tak dopad na zdravie zamestnancov. Odborný webinár viedol Filip Hanker, Client Director v Asseco CEIT, a.s.
Martin Cibula, Health and Wellbeing Manager v Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia predstavil firemnú stratégiu v oblasti ochrany zdravia a nastavenia vhodných pracovných podmienok vytvorenú s ohľadom na potreby zamestnancov. Pretože spokojný zamestnanec je aj výkonný zamestnanec, v Jaguar Land Rover sa zameriavajú na zvýšenie angažovanosti zamestnancov aj tým, že im poskytujú priestor na regeneráciu a starostlivosť o seba samého prostredníctvom aktivít, akými sú masáže pre zamestnancov, programy pre prevenciu (Movember – prevencia mužského zdravia), možnosť konzultácií so psychológom, rehabilitácií, aktuálne prebiehajúca výstavba športoviska, a i.
Prezentácia Mariána Očenáša, Safety and Risk Manager v Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia, bola venovaná spôsobom, akým vo firme zapájajú a angažujú svojich zamestnancov a ako využívajú koučing a predpracovné porady na rozvoj schopností zamestnancov v oblasti BOZP.
Ďakujeme skvelému hostiteľovi, Patrónovi BritCham, spoločnosti Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia, za bezchybnú organizáciu podujatia, tiež všetkým účastníkom, prezentujúcim i organizátorom a tešíme sa na ďalšie podobne zaujímavé stretnutia.
Nitra, April 18, 2023: On the occasion of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work (April 28), together with our Patron, Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia and our member Asseco CEIT, we prepared a unique event. The combination of a workshop and a tour of the Jaguar Land Rover factory in Nitra, where the iconic Land Rover Defender and Discovery vehicles are manufactured, attracted attention and there was really no shortage of participants.
On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, those present were, on behalf of our chamber, welcomed by the BritCham Board member, Richard Bright, Senior Plant Quality Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia as well as Guillermo Mancholas, the Plant Director.
This was followed by a tour of the modern production facilities of the plant, which had a great response. Fifty participants also attended a webinar dedicated to Noise Analysis and how to reduce the noise level of the working environment and thus mitigate the impact on the health of employees. The expert webinar was led by Filip Hanker, Client Director at Asseco CEIT, a.s.
Martin Cibula, Health and Wellbeing Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia presented the company’s strategy in the field of health protection and the setting of suitable working conditions created with employees’ needs in mind. Because a satisfied employee is also a powerful employee, at Jaguar Land Rover they focus on increasing employee engagement by providing them with space for regeneration and self-care through activities such as massages for employees, prevention programs (Movember – prevention of men’s health ), the possibility of consultations with a psychologist, rehabilitation, the currently ongoing construction of a sports field, etc.
Marián Očenáš, Safety and Risk Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia, introduced the way in which the company involves and engages its employees and how they use coaching and pre-work meetings to develop employees’ skills in the field of health and safety.
