Bruno Štefánik is Head of the Corporate/M&A Practice at Wolf Theiss in Bratislava and has 15 years of experience advising clients on corporate matters, M&A transactions, restructurings, joint ventures, financing and financial regulation.

His experience spans both local and international transactions, with particular expertise in the industrial and renewable energy sectors. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, he worked for an international corporate law firm and held an in-house role with a global chemical group, where he advised on a broad range of activities across Europe and Asia and led the group’s expansion into India and acquisition initiatives in Europe.

Bruno holds a Master’s degree in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford and is a member of the Slovak Bar Association.
