Richard Bright

Richard, Plant Quality Senior Manager and member of the Plant Leadership committee for Jaguar Land Rover Nitra, has been with JLR since 2013, in both the UK and Slovakia. He was part of the team that launched the plant in Nitra as well as the Discovery and Defender models. With over 25 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, he has carried out several different roles. In his current role as the Senior  Plant Quality Manager, he leads a team that is responsible for the internal and external quality performance of JLR vehicles. He has been living in Bratislava since 2018 with his partner and 3 children. He enjoys travelling across Slovakia, and cook-outs in Kamzík. He also enjoys cycling, walking, playing football and more recently, watching ice hockey.
