Ivana Heretik Vačoková is CEO of WHC Slovakia and a hands-on business leader with more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry.

Throughout her career, she has combined business leadership, recruitment, sales, marketing and technology, with a strong focus on growth, operational excellence and delivering practical solutions to the challenges of an evolving labour market.

She has extensive experience in leading businesses and teams, with full P&L and budgeting responsibility, as well as managing complex recruitment and workforce projects, international tenders and FDI consultancy initiatives across Europe. She has worked with strategic international clients and partners and has a strong understanding of both Slovak and Central European labour markets.

As CEO of WHC Slovakia, Ivana is focused on accelerating the company’s growth, strengthening its position in the Slovak market and further developing cooperation between WHC Slovakia and the wider international WHC Group.

She is passionate about the future of work, innovation and technology in HR, while remaining a strong advocate for responsible employment practices and high-quality, people-focused workforce solutions. She is fluent in English and German.
